Stephen G. Piccininni is an associate at Semeraro & Fahrney and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Stephen has a versatile background having acquired experience in real estate, immigration, compliance, and contract law. Prior to joining Semeraro & Fahrney, he served a national tax appeal firm, specializing in commercial property tax appeals in both New Jersey and New York.
Stephen holds a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School, where he contributed to the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and represented the school in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
During law school Stephen engaged in a valuable externship under Federal Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer. His practical experience was enriched through hands-on representation of clients in Seton Hall’s Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic.
Stephen graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs, with a minor in Global Trade and Commerce. During his undergraduate years, he studied overseas at Cambridge University, U.K., and Lorenzo Di Medici in Florence, Italy.
