BIOGRAPHY
Gregory K. Asadurian is a partner at Semeraro & Fahrney. He has over twenty-five years of experience focusing his practice on all facets of real estate development with an emphasis on municipal land use, zoning, redevelopment, and landlord/tenant matters.
Mr. Asadurian has represented a diverse range of clients in land use matters, including shopping mall owners and operators, developers, outdoor advertising companies, warehouse operators, national grocery chains, child care centers, a transportation distribution center, and a national retail pharmacy chain.
During the course of his representation, Mr. Asadurian has represented property owners and developers seeking site plan and subdivision approval before local and county land use boards with demonstrated success. He has successfully secured zoning changes, variance relief, and designation of redeveloper for his clients. Some of his accomplishments include approvals for a highly contested 30-story, 300-unit, mixed-use tower located in the heart of Jersey City’s waterfront, a 12-story, 130-unit structure in Fort Lee, and a two-faced digital billboard in Jersey City.

Experience
He also brings substantial experience in public service roles, having served as counsel for planning and zoning boards of adjustment, a redevelopment agency, and a housing authority. Additionally, he served as prosecutor for an alcoholic beverage control board and a municipality.
Mr. Asadurian also possesses extensive litigation experience with concentration in sophisticated civil and commercial litigation. During his representation, he has successfully tried cases throughout northern New Jersey and has a proven record of effective advocacy before the Appellate Division.
