Experience
Sean’s experience is further complemented by his service as law clerk to the Honorable Ernest M. Caposela, A.J.S.C. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage. In that role, he contributed to the adjudication of intricate civil and criminal matters, including cases of first impression. That experience sharpened his analytical approach and judicial perspective.
In practice, Sean couples his formidable courtroom acumen with a proactive approach to dispute resolution. He regularly advises clients on contractual and employment disputes, offering strategic guidance designed to mitigate risk and prevent costly litigation. His work in land use similarly reflects a commitment to precision and foresight, ensuring that clients’ ambitions and objectives are advanced while navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
