Mark Semeraro has been asked to be a speaker on a panel “How to Encourage and Enhance Investment in Your Downtown” as part of the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference in Atlantic City on Tuesday November 17, 2015.
The panel will take place at 3:45 in room 318 of the Atlantic City Convention Center. Mr. Semeraro will speak about zoning and land use as the Mayor of Maplewood Victor De Luca presides. Also speaking on the topics of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), best practices of downtown management (SIDs, marketing campaigns, special events, art), and retailer and developer strategy are Paul Camella; Managing Member of Camella Realty, LLC; Alex Fanfarillo; Chief of Police in Glassboro; Stuart Koperweis of Millennium Strategies, LLC; and Beth Lippman, President of Administrative Resources, Inc., and Executive Director of Livingston and Springfield BIDs.
