SEMERARO SECURES USE VARIANCE AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A PRIMROSE SCHOOL IN WAYNE NJ.

Mark Semeraro recently secured use variance and site plan approval for primrose school to be constructed on French hill Rd. In Wayne NJ from its zoning board of adjustment.

The property in question is adjacent to the Passaic County golf course and had its shares of environmental constraints, but through sound engineering, all issues and concerns as well as an enhancement to the traffic light at the intersection of Valley Road and French hill Rd. were well addressed. “I'm very pleased with the thoughtful attention the zoning board of adjustment had given this project. It has allowed a substantial piece of property that has remained fallow for decades, to be properly utilized and generate tax revenue for the municipality”, said Semeraro.
