SEMERARO SECURES SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR HARBOR FREIGHT ON ROUTE 23 IN WAYNE NJ

Mark Semeraro recently secured final site plan approval to convert a former staples anchor in the shopping Plaza to a harbor freight.  “Being a lifelong resident in Wayne, I have seen a number of home improvement slash hardware stores leave, leaving a void to be filled” said Semeraro. “ I'm very happy to have played a small part and filling that void with a quality retailer”, he added.
