SEMERARO SECURES REDEVELOPMENT DESIGNATION, MAXIMUM 30 YEAR LONG TERM TAX EXEMPTION AGREEMENT AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR A CATALYST REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF HACKENSACK

Mark Semeraro common council for 150-170 Main Street Hackensack LLC, secured all related and necessary approvals for his clients to construct a 14 story 380+ luxury residential apartment building with mixed-use retail on the first floor, in the first of its kind approval for the city. This approval, has been designated as a catalyst project to kick off the city’s renaissance within the 161 acre rehabilitation zone. What is most worthy, is the fact that Mr. Semeraro ushered this project from declaring the area in need of redevelopment through final site plan approval and the execution of a financial agreement within months.
