Mr. Semeraro won a prerogative writ trial before Judge Brogan in Passaic County and obtained an Order for Remand (a Rehearing) of a commercial subdivision application of property located on Route 46 in Totowa, which was handled by a different attorney and denied in the matter of Bressman v. Planning Board of the Borough of Totowa, Docket No. PAS-L-2247-13.
Mr. Semeraro is hopeful that with a modified application, he can obtain the Planning Board’s approval for the subdivision in question with a merger with other commercial properties so that this commercial property with generous Route 46 frontage can achieve better utility.
