Mark Semeraro secured two land use approvals in Wayne Township in one night. The first application secured site plan approval for a brand-new Whole Foods moving into the Township of Wayne.
The new Whole Foods will be constructed in the Valley Ridge Shopping Center on Valley Road across from Town Hall. Mark Semeraro handled the application, and it was granted in one evening.
The same night, Mark Semeraro also secured site plan approval for The Cosmopolitan banquet facility on Route 23.
“Both businesses shall be beautiful destinations and enhance the Township,” said Mark Semeraro.
