  • BIOGRAPHY

Dustin F. Glass is a partner of Semeraro & Fahrney, L.L.C. After graduating law school, Dustin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patricia DelBueno Cleary, J.Ch. Prior to joining this firm, Dustin was an associate at Cleary, Giacobbe, Alfieri, & Jacobs, L.L.C. and the Weiner Law Group, L.L.P, where his law practice concentrated on the areas of labor and employment, real estate and land use, and education, for both private and public sector clients. His past experience includes the representation of public entities, including land use boards, municipalities, and school boards, in various capacities.

Dustin previously served as a legal and business consultant for a group of small healthcare businesses, where he negotiated and facilitated the multi-million dollar sale of the businesses. As a consultant, Dustin also provided legal guidance to the practice owners, managed employee grievances and ongoing litigations, and developed internal policies for the businesses.

Most recently, Dustin spent the previous year working as corporate counsel for a staffing and payrolling company, providing legal counsel across all facets of the business. In his corporate counsel role, Dustin prepared and negotiated employment agreements and commercial services agreements, while collaborating with company executives, human resources, and other internal groups.

Throughout Dustin's legal career, he has performed corporate investigations for public entities and private clients alike, concerning allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, amongst other workplace concerns.

Dustin has experience across many practice areas but focuses on employment law, labor law, staffing law, and corporate law, while also providing guidance to private and public entities on land use law and local government law matters.
