Bottle King is one step closer to receiving final approval for a new location on Prospect Ave in Glen Rock. Mark Semeraro secured approval in a complex application seeking a subdivision and site plan approval along with several variances that span two boroughs, Fair Lawn, and Glen Rock. The new subdivision will consist of four residential lots and a new Bottle King retail liquor store.
Mark Semeraro had secured a use variance, subdivision approval as well as a site plan approval from the Borough of Fair Lawn.
