“Mr. T”* was a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk on Rock Road in Glen Rock, New Jersey. As he crossed over a driveway entrance to a parking lot, a vehicle operated by Defendant Togneri, carelessly and negligently made a left-hand turn, striking “Mr. T” and causing him to sustain serious permanent bodily injuries including, fractures to the bones in his left leg and right foot, both of which required open reduction internal fixation surgeries.
Even though the New Jersey Courts have been pushing matters out to trial for approximately one year due to Covid-19, Mr. Semeraro was able to secure a substantial settlement in the amount of $750,000.00 on this matter.
