In the span of approximately 12 months, Mark Semeraro and his associates, have secured a number of site plan approvals in the shopping center on route 46 West in the borough of Totowa. These approvals included home sense come on Marshalls and even included A use variance to convert a portion of the shopping center in the rear to warehouse use.
