In the span of approximately 12 months, Mark Semeraro and his associates have secured a number of site plan approvals in the shopping center on Route 46 West in the Borough of Totowa. These approvals included Home Sense, Marshalls and even included A use variance to convert a portion of the shopping center in the rear to warehouse use.
