On July 16, Mark Semeraro spoke at Cigars and Cocktails, a private event for builders and investors at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Abbott Realtors Commercial Division Brownstone.
Mr. Semeraro gave a presentation to over 50 real estate developers on the steps needed to get a development project approved, complementing presentations by other professionals regarding engineering, architecture, financing, and acquisition. Other presenters included William G. Brown Architects, Langan Engineering, and Valley National Bank. After the presentations, attendees enjoyed cigars, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.
