Circle Realty Company, et al v. Wayne Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and Galreh, LLC, Docket No. PAS-L-764-18, was a challenge to a use variance approval from the Wayne Zoning Board of Adjustment that Semeraro secured last year, for a $60M +/- mixed use project that consisted of 232 residential luxury apartments, a grocery store and restaurant.
Despite several outlandish claims by the objectors (comprised of a local business and a handful of neighbors), the Court sided with the Plaintiff and found the approval was properly granted, thereby dismissing the appeal with prejudice.
